ActionWorks Business Analyst - Responsible for gathering business process requirements and analyzing and designing process maps for use in ActionWorks applications

ActionWorks Application Developer - Creates fully automated ActionWorks business process applications including maps, forms, views, database integration, MML, and more

ActionWorks End-User - A Team Member participates in processes and projects by interacting with other users, participating in discussions, managing documents, viewing work items, using personal templates, reporting time, and more
  1. EU-101 (1 day)
ActionWorks Manager - A project or process Manager participates in and creates processes and projects, templates, manages teams, and views and updates status information about the work they are managing
  1. EU-101 (1 day)
  2. EU-201 (1 day)
ActionWorks Executive - An Executive who requires access to financial information, all processes and projects information, documents and discussions, and also requires instruction on how to navigate the system, create process and project templates, and participate in interactions
  1. EU-101 (1 day)

  3. EU-301 (one-on-one session)
ActionWorks Application/ System Administrator - Responsible for installing and configuring the servers of an ActionWorks system. Also oversees the day-to-day administration of the system including creating users, archiving instances, performance tuning and more
